K Khyrsi Quintana is a Venezuelan attorney graduated from the Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and is a Member of the Aragua State Bar Association in Venezuela. Ms. Quintana also holds a Master’s of Law in International Law and International Relations from the Caribbean International University. In 2017, she graduated with honors from Florida State University College of Law where she completed her L.L.M in American Law. Over the course of her studies she was involved in several student organizations at FSU such as Advocates for Immigrants and Refugee Rights Association (AIRR) and the International Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Her native language is Spanish, but she speaks English fluently and has basic proficiency in French. Mrs. Quintana has been working with Richard Alvoid, PA since August of 2017 and is now engaged as an Immigration Law Clerk, handling all facets of immigration law including family-based, employment-based, removal proceedings, and asylum. As an immigrant herself, she is passionate about helping immigrants navigate their way through the complicated immigration system.
